The Job
- You'll be responsible for preparing our monthly consolidated financial statements, ensuring they align with the IFRS guidelines.
- Dive into the details of our balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, meticulously double-checking for accuracy.
- Keep a watchful eye on project spending across the organization, ensuring we stay within budget and avoid unnecessary expenses.
- Support our R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams by providing them with high-quality financial information and analysis, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Take charge of preparing audit files for quarterly reviews and annual audits, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
- Act as a valuable resource for our accounting team and the entire organization, offering guidance and support when needed.
- Foster growth within our finance team by sharing your expertise and helping them enhance their accounting skills.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improving business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Contribute to special projects and suggest process improvements, making a real impact on our organization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices, championing accuracy and integrity in our financial practices.
