Contractor Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

-Driving the owner around to various properties
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Install or assemble new equipment, furniture, or fixtures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Note: A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
