One of our clients is seeking a Contracting Specialistto join their Annuity and Life sales support team!
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $44,500 per year, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Some of your responsibilities as Contracting Specialist include:
- Processing
- Inbound/Outbound calls
- Verifying data with customers
- Sorting and preparing contracting documents
- Working with agents and carriers
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Maintaining records
- Managing internal files
- Sending documents to appropriate carrier(s)
- Taking phone calls as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
To qualify for the Contracting Specialist opening, you must have one to two (1 – 2) years of related experience, you will also be expected to have:
- High School Diploma (Associates or bachelor’s preferred)
- Life insurance experience/Industry experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to perform with high accuracy rate
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong MS Office skills
