We are currently seeking a Contract Support Specialist for our Transportation-Construction Management team in the Fayetteville, NC area.
The Contract Support Specialist will help prepare and submit estimates, check engineering calculations, interpret contract documents, provide EEO compliance, write official correspondence from the firm and our clients, independently interpret work details and paperwork from the field, and make determinations of accuracy and completeness. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and previous computer skills are required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NC driver's license with a good driving record
- Familiarity with construction projects, i.e., progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing construction contract changes, etc.
- Above average organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to sit, stoop, or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in inside and outside environmental conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant study
- CEI field experience
