We are seeking a Patient Wellness Coordinator - Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Home Health in Austintown, OH. This role involves visiting patients in their homes, administering medications, performing exams, and ensuring their well-being. Work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. BLS (AHA) certification required.
Responsibilities:
