Job Description
Remote Toxic Tort Deposition Coverage Attorney. Must have West Virginia law licensure.
Description: Our client is looking for a long term Remote Deposition Coverage Attorney to assist on an as needed basis for various toxic tort Deposition Coverage hearings.
Location: Fully remote
Hours: Varies week to week. Some weeks there might be no hours and other weeks there might be 10+
Compensation: Hourly and W2. (One would be an LHH employee on loan to our clients law firm.)
Pay: $40/hour to $50/hour depending on experience.
Required Licensure: Must be licensed and in good standing before the state of West Virginia bar.
Duration: Indefinite
Start: By early October if not sooner.
Experience: Must have 4+ years of experience in a Civil Litigation. Must have experience as either a first or second chair attorney conducting and or defending depositions. Areas of law that are applicable include, but are not limtied to: Insurance Defense, Plaintiff, Labor & Employment, Commercial Litigation, Warranty Litigation, Product based litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation etc.
