About the role:

We are looking for a strong team player to join our family. The recruitment specialist will have an important role in the growth story of Atento in the country.

This is an on-site position for the first three months and then remote based on performance.

Requirements:

- 3rd year college preferably in psychology or Human Resources.

- Intermediate MSOffice, Google sheets and Drive. Psychometric tests and competence-based interviews. ATS knowledge as a plus.

- Resource management, communication, creativity, leadership, customer service orientation, problem solving, decision making, risk taking, teamwork, monitoring, and self-management.

- 6 months in a similar position.

- Must reside in Iloilo or Manila.

Main functions:

- Source, interview and hire excellent talent while using creative strategies to gain additional footholds in new talent pools within the community.

- Meet client expectations regarding number of hires, quality of hires, and follow through of new hires to be their best to achieve low attrition and high employee morale.

- Investigate and communicate hiring trends to stay relevant and competitive in the market.

- Support the administration and maintenance of the candidate’s pipeline.

- Filter, evaluate and select suitable candidates.

- Follow up candidates with the internal client to confirm an offer.

- Comply with the selection of candidates in a timely manner an in accordance with the position’s profile.

- Follow up with confirmed candidates, participate in the induction and onboarding to guarantee their presence on day 1 and future hiring.

- Appropriate use of recruitment control tools.
