We are hiring for a 6-month temporary contract Recovery Asset Coordinator to work out of our New York City market. This will be a hybrid position and will require field investigations as well as law enforcement contact. This role will report to the Corporate Security Manager.

We are hiring for a 6-month temporary contract Recovery Asset Coordinator to work out of our New York City market. This will be a hybrid position and will require field investigations as well as law enforcement contact. This role will report to the Corporate Security Manager.
What you'll do:
- Collaborates with Fraud, Operations, and Member Services teams on escalated events involving vehicle theft, missing vehicles, and out of location vehicles.
- Collection of intelligence and evidence, analyze the data to determine a resolution, and document actions taken during the investigation leading to vehicle recovery
- Review and maintain NICB records to resolve and clear vehicles with police alarm stolen status
- Track, administer, and document escalation steps during the asset recovery process
- Will utilize Zipcar to recover vehicles regarding field investigations

What drives success for this role:
- 3+ years of loss prevention or customer service experience
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Managing time effectively; multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Driver's License required
