This is a Contract loan processing position (1099) uncapped annual commission $60K + attainable competitive pay. Processing for the states of Florida and Texas! Apply ONLY if you currently meet the following criteria:
- An active current MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR LICENSE IS REQUIRED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA and/or TEXAS

- Spanish and English; speaking, reading, and writing
- 3+ years recent mortgage loan processing in multiple Lender Portals
- Physically located in ONLY Central or Eastern Time zones
This role is designed to take a Broker’s registered loan from disclosures to closures. Remote work from home, electronic availability by MSTeams, MSOutlook and your Telephone Monday-FridayEST
This role is for the entrepreneur that still appreciates team support! We offer a positive and fun atmosphere, your team can cover your desk when absent (i.e.: vacation), while you demonstrate your success with a monthly pipeline of 15-20+ loans.
Candidate experience required in multiple lender portals for the Broker. We Disclose, Process and Close our assigned loans <21 days working in the Lender portals.
