Job Details:
- Company: Sunbelt Staffing
- Location: Clearwater, FL
- Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
- Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension upon successful completion
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically once per month)
- Compensation: Negotiable based on territory and candidate experience. Weekly paychecks.
- Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k eligibility after 90 days
Job Requirements:
- Active Florida RN License
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 6 months of experience with Oasis and Homecare Homebase
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Reliable transportation
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop personalized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
- Educate patients and their families on disease management strategies and preventive measures
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided
