Novatech has an exciting opportunity for you as a Contract Administrator in our Nashville office!
Your Job:
- Work closely with sales and logistics team to process new customer set up, equipment orders and invoices
- Interface with leasing companies to enable funding of deals
- Verifies and updates funding certificates and lease documents
- Utilize internal resources to pull original sales and leasing paperwork for internal and external review
- Use financial software to review and correct billing records with a high level of attention to detail
- Perform thorough research of customer account billing history and determine the appropriate actions needed to address/resolve billing disputes
- Determine when credit memos are needed and calculate credit memos
- Maintain reports for operations meetings
- Set up and terminate contracts
- Contract renewals
- Maintaining invoice and contract corrections

- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work closely with teammates to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume call queue environment
- Ability to multi-task through different applications/screens

You Bring to Novatech:
- Previous industry experience preferred
- E-Automate experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn
- Strong interpersonal and social skills
