In this full-time, permanent Contract Administrator opportunity you will be supporting various departments in the preparation and development of contractual agreements and compliance documents.
Contract Administrator Job Duties:
- Review documentation including nondisclosure agreements, contract amendments and extensions
- Analyze and review contract requirements and terms for compliance
- Draft contracts and support negotiations
- Develop and administer compliance processes and procedures
- Act as a liaison between departments through drafting review, negotiation, approval, and execution of contracts ?
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000
Contract Administrator Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills; communicating across multiple departments
- 5+ years of experience in contract review
- Experience with export compliance and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or above required
- Annual Bonuses
