Summary

Drive a culture of continuous process improvement throughout the organization. Working collaboratively on initiatives established with AgriBusiness including Bedrock, a SAP implementation program, which includes a critical role in defining, designing and delivering solutions. Serves as project participant for business driven technology projects. Represents general or specific functional area for subject matter expertise on Business Processes, while having end-to-end business understanding to offer perspective on interrelationships between functional areas and Business Processes. Focuses on the culture of ONE Simplot, Continuous Improvement and drives change within the organization. Development of common processes, materials and training aspects of Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and lead with business SME’s to review/document current processes and map future processes. Ensuring a focus on standardization of process across AgriBusiness. 
  • Work with Bedrock Project Team and business SME’s to develop action plan for conversion of current technology to future, to include communication and training. 
  • Review Business Processes across all functional areas to understand interrelationships and interdependencies that are impacted or enabled through technology, making recommendations for best practices in future state. 
  • Act as a driving force behind strategic, operational and organizational initiatives while proving insights through analytics. 
  • Create a culture of accountability, communication, problem-solving and Continuous Improvement throughout AgriBusiness. 

Requirements


• Bachelors Degree and 5-8 years experience required

• Experience/exposure across broad area of the business - where understanding of how one function interacts and impacts another function has been gained.
• Must have strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand Business Processes outside of areas of experience.
• Must be able to influence decision making across groups, while incorporating best practices into future state.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to diverse stakeholder needs and organizational culture.
• Experience balancing numerous priorities and demands.
• Experience in executing process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated partnership skills with both technical and non technical partners (including senior leadership) with focus on informing, influencing, and relationship building. .
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Demonstrable track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile, fast-paced
environment.
• Adheres to all standard, policies and systems as appropriate. 
•Prefer certification in Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies 
• Prefer experience working in the Quote to Cash space with expertise in sales, customer service, pricing, or related business areas as well as familiarity with sales technology tools and platforms. SAP experience is a plus.
