ABOUT THE ROLE
The Continuous Care LPN monitors patients and reports changes in their condition. Duties include administering treatment under the supervision of registered nurses, updating patient files, and instructing families on patient care.
* This schedule will be M-F 7am-7pm*
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- State-licensed or compact licensed LPN
- Certified in CPR
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Must have hospice experience
