Position Summary
Working within a team environment, the Contingent Workforce Coordinator will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and the organization in coordinating contingent employees and the Vendor Management System (VMS). This position will be responsible for monitoring the contingent worker request email inbox, determining the validity of requests, and coordinating requests through the VMS. This role will function as a liaison between Programs and VMS.
Essential Duties and Functions
- Serve as primary administrator of the vendor management system. Manage the process of hiring contingent employees.
- Monitor contingent staffing request email inbox and coordinate general staffing activities.
- Provide administrative support related to staffing needs within the organization.
- Monitor and process requisitions in tracking system.
- Review and recommend process improvement to the contingent staffing function.
- Establish review process to ensure validity of request for contingent staff.
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events quarterly for various regions of the organization.
- Generate and analyze data from the vendor management system to track and provide key talent acquisition metrics to leadership.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of staffing experience
- Associate’s degree in relevant field
- Ability to uphold RHD values
- In-depth knowledge Vendor Management Systems
- Excellent understanding of contingent staffing processes
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with People Share or other VMS
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to interact effectively with employees and external constituents of multiple backgrounds.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Reporting Relationships
Direct Supervisor: Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager
RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within 8weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.
