Job Description
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management platform including Documentum and CARA
- OpenText, Filenet, Drupal, Java Knowledge
- Strong knowledge on Documentum and Cara workflow, configuration, and customization
- Able to interact with end users and guide them in resolving functional process/ workflow issues related to Documentum Platform
- Analyze and understand business and data requirements to develop complete business solutions, including data models
- Administer, support, and monitor multiple Documentum 7.x/16.x servers and client components across multiple environments
- Contributes to determining best solution approach, tools, and techniques that best meet the business requirements. Promotes and defines IT standards
- Manages the resolution of complex problems
