About this Position: 
The Content Management Analyst is responsible for the accuracy of the content and knowledge articles on the HR portal and case management system so that it is easily accessible and user friendly to all associates.  
Responsibilities include:
   Content Management for HR portal and case management system:
o    Create high-quality content.
o    Ensure that content is user-friendly and accessible to the target audience.
o    Follow guidelines, standards, and workflows for content creation, review, approval and publishing.
o    Update existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and up to date.
o    Follow a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
o    Ensures content complies with legal and regulatory requirements and company standards.
   Content Optimization:  Recommending improvements to existing content to enhance its effectiveness and relevance.
   Discuss content with various departments and stakeholders to gather content requirements.

Who we are seeking:
 
Required Work Experience:
   1-2 years experience in content creation 
   Proficiency in Service Now
   Strong presentation and facilitation skills
   HR Communications Experience preferred

Required Education:  
   Bachelor's Degree in related field (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Digital Marketing or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience

Desired Skills:
   Strong interpersonal and customer service skills capable of understanding and gathering content
   Strong written and oral communication skills and listening skills
   Proficiency in MS Office Suite
   Ability to work effectively with all HR functions

Additional Position Factors:
   Ability to come onsite when needed
   Ability to travel when needed (minimal)
   Call center environment with set scheduled shifts
   Hybrid / remote workstyle
   Overtime as needed
   Remote workstyle opportunity
