Salary Range: $120K-$130K/Annum + Benefits
Job Description:
- Cloud AWS
- And core AI, AI technologies bot.
- Resource needing to perform duties with building and managing bot platform to run voice, chat, SMS interactions for Contact center.
- Computer Engineering back ground preferred. Strong communication skills.
- Voice, SMS, chat, reporting, telecom skills, Contact Center.
- Nuance ARS/TTS/NLP/Dragon Voice with basic Devops
- (Or)
- Genesys Voice Platform with basic Devops
- SIP Integration
- Dev Ops / Jenkins / Git
- Python and Shell scripting
- Ansible
- Production Support, On call rotation, Incident / Problem under SLA
- Java , node JS (good to have)
