Wage Range: $19.82 - $30.98

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS-Answer a variety ofmember inquiries and maintain a good working knowledge of Credit Unionservices.
-Provide exceptionalmember service in a friendly and efficient manner.
POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS-Possess high schooldiploma or equivalent

- Be reliable anddependable
- Be able to work in ahigh-volume call center environment
- Have outstandingcommunication skills
- Can work a flexibleschedule including mandatory Saturday hours.
