- Answer calls from a soft phone for customers, internal associates and third party inquires
- Provide solutions to problems or alternative solutions depending on client needs
- Knowledgeable on deposit products
- Assist with online/mobile banking related issues
- Perform basic account maintenance
- Job is done in a professional and courteous manner
- Awareness of regulatory compliance, security and adherence to Bank of Hope’s policies and procedures
- No sales goals or cross-selling

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum Education Level: High school diploma/equivalent or higher
- Minimum Job Experience: 0-1 year
- Language requirements: English and Korean preferred
- Computer/software skills: Basic computer and MS Office experience; mobile device experience preferred
- Required:
- Communication skills: excellent written and oral communication, ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image
- Teamwork skills: open to feedback, not afraid to ask for help, collaborate and help teammates
- Critical thinking skills: able to multitask, think outside the box and use analysis/logic to find solutions
- Preferred: previous customer service and/or banking experience
The salary range for this full-time position is $18.51/hr - $22.52/hr + bonus + benefits
