Contact Center Specialist – Seasonal

(Through Spring) – On-Site – Fairfield, ME

The Opportunity:

The Work

• You communicate directly with customers, either by telephone, chat and/or electronic methods.
• You recommend and provide advice on products and services with clarity and confidence.
• You build relationships and work closely with co-workers, at all levels of the organization in a positive manner to leverage the knowledge and the experiences of the larger Johnny’s Selected Seeds team to support the customer experience.

• An interest or prior experience in agriculture, farming, or home gardening.
• Strong customer orientation
