We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Contact Center Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of our operations.

As a Contact Center Manager, you will manage the overall operation of the Contact Center, providing quality service to members. This position will manage the performance and development of their employees. Provides and updates procedures and knowledge-based resources for the department. Solves problems within established policies and guidelines.

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or G.E.D, 2-year degree preferred. At least 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports. At least 3 years of customer service experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a call center supervisor or a financial services branch supervisor. Call center experience preferred. Must be able to pass a background and credit check. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Applications submitted without resume will not be accepted. Relocation pay is not available. Recruitment will remain open until filled. The range for this exempt position is $58,984.01 to $88,476.02 annually and is dependent on experience.
