Pay: $20.50 per hour plus incentives paid monthly.
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Hours: M-F 8:00-5:30, rotating Saturday schedule

We support both the hybrid remote and fully on-site work approaches.
The hybrid work model requires 2 days in-office each week, which is possible after the initial 8-week training period which consists of 3-4 weeks of training in our Portsmouth, NH Member Care Center followed by 8 weeks in the home Member Care Center. Please note there is always the potential requirement to work in-office due to employer needs and/or employee performance.
The Role:
Help members and potential members with lending requests through all interactive channels. Explain and cross sell products and services, while maintaining a one contact resolution environment. Assist in the process of consumer loans, working with any internal departments to ensure member satisfaction. The representative will also uphold Northeast’s Core Values by ensuring that all interactions with credit union members and internal team members are handled with integrity, optimal member service, and profitability.

Experience and Qualifications:
At least three years of similar or related experience in consumer lending and sales.
Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
High school diploma or equivalent.
