Contact Center Administrative Representative

Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Administrative Representative who will provide administrative services for the Contact Center in a fast paced working environment. The CCA processes mail consisting of various monetary, account maintenance and other miscellaneous member service requests.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm rotating every 3rd weekend.

The Day to Day:

• Process incoming mail from the Credit Union’s Members.
• Address changes received via the USPS.
• Process payments and deposits to member accounts.
• Miscellaneous member service requests receiving in writing to include check withdrawals, wire transfers, and requests for account statements, etc.
• Process account and loan applications received by mail.
• Process and retain copies of Powers of Attorney.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding credit union policies and procedures, member financial data, personal information, and work-related events.
• Provide quality support and maintain a professional relationship with peers, management, other staff, and members through cooperation, mutual trust and respect.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous loan, banking, or financial services experience and aptitude for mathematics is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
