Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our operational efficiency, optimizing donor interactions, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a DATA ANALYST role, preferably in a CONTACT CENTER or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
