Contact Center Agent - Remote/Office

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Contact Center Agent. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries through various communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Providing accurate and detailed information about products and services to customers
• Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
• Managing and updating customer accounts and profiles with accurate and current information
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customers to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software
