Job Title: Consumer Tire Sales Specialist
Atlantic Tire Distributors is currently seeking a full-time Consumer Tire Specialist to join our team! Full benefit package offered, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) + Profit Sharing, paid holidays, vacation time, company paid life insurance, and short-term disability.
Job Summary: The Consumer Tire Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers including tire dealers, automotive repair shops, fleet operators, and other businesses. This individual will leverage their expertise in tire products and industry knowledge to provide personalized recommendations, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication, visits, and presentations.
  • Showcase tire products, including brands, features, benefits, and promotions, to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyses of customers' businesses to identify opportunities for offering customized tire solutions.
  • Recommend appropriate tire products and services based on customers' needs, preferences, budget, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, and serve as a trusted advisor and resource for clients.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior education in automotive retail, Tire Sales, or related fields is advantageous.
