The Consumer Segment Marketing Associate Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, execution and continuous improvement of marketing programs, tools and activations that drive DIY and DIFM Consumer Segment loyalty, engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Actively support the continual analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of marketing programs, tools and activations that drive loyalty and engagement of the DIY and DIFM Consumer Segment.
  • Develop and maintain programs, tools and activations that drive loyalty and engagement with the DIY and DIFM Consumer Segment including managing timelines, tasks and administration.
  • Support the Sr. Manager of Consumer and Retailer Marketing in the management of the Ace Hardware strategic relationship. Collaborate with cross functional partners to brief, develop and execute marketing materials and programs specifically designed for Ace Hardware.
  • Lead development of communications, program execution guides and program sales collateral inclusive of all end user audiences.
  • Support the management of all related budget items

Required Knowledge & Desired Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience, plus 3-5 years experience.
  • Basic knowledge of customer engagement/loyalty, program marketing and project management
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with adherence to deadlines; flexible to shifting priorities due to business needs or change in prioritization
  • Highly motivated and high initiative
  • Strong operating skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
