- Location: Remote, with 25% travel
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitates market-wide engagement and delivery of the consumer and Patient Experience strategy.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for CX in local market.
- Supports improvement of key CX outcome measures and helps drive CX action plans.
- Provides compassionate, personalized service recovery experience to consumers and patients.
- Listens, investigates, documents and responds to consumer and patient complaints and concerns.
- Escalates and triages complaints and concerns to appropriate personnel/department(s) as necessary to obtain timely, satisfactory resolution.
- Develops, implements and participates in service and patient relations initiatives/training.
- Demonstrates exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills in addressing dissatisfied consumers and patients.
- Ensures all required timelines are met for complaints and grievances.
- Provides non-medical education and support to consumers, patients and care teams.
- Fully understand and address CX insights with key stakeholders.
- Participates in committees, work groups, and process improvement teams aimed at improving overall experiences.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 1 year of consumer or Patient Experience strongly preferred
