Responsibilities:
- Submit appropriate paperwork to the Secretary of State to secure our liens on vehicles.
- Perform duties related to processing and funding all loan types.
- Audit processed and return loans.
- Monthly reports such as title tracking, return loans and payment protection as required.
- Promptly handle member questions and concerns professionally through the Lending queue.
- Provide a great experience to each member.
- Abide by ECU policies and procedures in regard to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Act/Customer Identification Program and OFAC regulations.
- Stay abreast on lending guidelines, policies, loan compliance issues per federal and state regulations.
- Staying current on credit union products and services and upselling.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Analytical skills that help to detect fraud and inaccuracies within the lending department.
- Lending experience a plus.
- Exceptional organization skills
- Ability to operate computers and business equipment.
- Positive, friendly, people person.
- Problem solver with good math skills.
- Team player who is detailed oriented.
- Dependable
- Effective and strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
