Overview

Assist customers and contractors by providing estimates, quotes and product information.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide inside and outside contractor sales support.
• Support Building Materials sales desk to provide customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotes, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.
• Advise customers on lumber and hardware products.
• Coordinating the bidding of building projects (i.e., house packages, pole barns, decks).
• Create accurate and complete paperwork including invoices, work orders, and sales tickets.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and the ability to multi task.
• Excellent customer service skills, including a positive “can do” attitude.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, contractors, suppliers, management & coworkers.
• Punctual & reliable – A TEAM PLAYER.
