Join Our Team: Consumer Experience Representative
We are on the lookout for a passionate Consumer Experience Representative to elevate the daily operations of our Estate Wine Club and ensure our customers receive world-class service across all touchpoints. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) interactions, providing reservation support, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving wine sales with your exceptional customer service skills.
What's on Your Plate:
- You'll assist our DTC Business Development and Hospitality teams to boost customer acquisitions, member conversions, E-commerce sales, and foot traffic on the Estate.
- Develop and maintain lasting brand loyalty through exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and requests swiftly across phone, SMS, and emails.
- Handle experience reservation bookings with precision and professionalism, staying informed about all events and experiences to recommend the best options to our customers.
- Play a crucial role in our tasting room, building relationships with Wine Club members and ensuring successful DTC order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop shipment collateral and packaging materials, elevating the Consumer Experience to new heights.
- Keep a pulse on inventory to ensure seamless fulfillment processes, create engaging transactional emails, and merchandise our products effectively online and in-person.

What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support, or customer service experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associates Degree plus 2 year of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support or customer service experience; OR Bachelors Degree.
- Skilled in the use of MS Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Required to lift and move cases of product weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Required to be 21 years of age or older
- Required to travel to various winery sites within the region based on business need.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business plus 2 years of retail sales, hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative
- support or customer service experience.
- Wine sales or Wine club administration experience.
- Wine Industry knowledge.
- Experience with software programs such as Ship Compliant, Wine Club Manager, E-Winery Solutions Ellipsis or member databases/related systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with applying common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form. Experience with dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $24.14 / hr. - $32.60 / hr. + Tips and Incentives
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
