Consumer Experience Manager
Job Description
As a Consumer Experience Manager, you will be developing project plans with data driven objectives and success criteria, aligning with critical partners, and reporting to stakeholders on progress at relevant intervals and milestones through written reports and verbal presentations.
Your role:
  • Independently planning, designing, executing, analyzing, and reporting consumer studies using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Developing the overall consumer test plans for the proposition and/or product development projects, including market research & content studies, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary, agile team developing next- generation global onboarding and support content and journeys.
  • Thoroughly understanding the Consumer Experience of relevant Philips and competitor products, to guide the project teams in decision making, based on user experience.
  • Researching consumer pain points and measuring customer experience metrics, identifying the key drivers of ratings and reviews, and working with across the organization to ensure superior consumer satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Producing post purchase Consumer Experience content that delivers to the consumer content and experience team strategy and setting the key benchmarks and consumer targets for new product and service success.

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in managing consumer care communication tools related to high volume consumer products and have demonstrated leadership and string cross collaboration, amongst varying teams.
  • Your skills include knowledge of and experience with digital products and are you comfortable navigating and managing through ambiguity on a normal basis.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a discipline such as to Service Design, Interaction Design, Customer Experience, Sociology, Psychology or Marketing or a relevant technical background.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an excellent written and verbal communicator and have the ability to apply insight to create impact and influence key experience decisions.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $96,096 to $177,408, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA
