Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Extract Transform Load (ETL), Data Lake, Data modeling, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SQL, and Python to lead information technology projects;
- Working with teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing Jira, Azure Boards, Python, Oracle, Microsoft (MS) SQL Server, IBM Db2, and SQL;
- Developing, maintaining, and coordinating project schedule and deliverables for clients, using Talend, Informatica, AutoSys, IBM Db2, MS SQL Server, Snowflake, and Python;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders' discussions, data, and trend analysis, using MS Power BI, Jira, Azure Boards, SQL, Unix/Linux Shell Script, Python, and Databricks;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Jira, and Azure Boards;
- Coordinating business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing Jira, erwin Data Modeler, Jenkins, and UDeploy; and
- Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Talend, Informatica, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Git, Jenkins, and UDeploy.
