Job description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Portland, Oregon and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Conduct market analysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.
80% Travel Required Nationally

Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Designing and implementing transformations, enhancements, optimizations, and improved business processes that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy;
Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Microsoft (MS) System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Tableau, IBM Tivoli, BMC Remedy, AppWatch, Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
Designing enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Java, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM MQ, Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), IBM WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB), IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Linux, IBM AIX, and IBM Operating Systems (OS);
Developing and documenting internal business services processes and metrics consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing MS Visio and DMIC;
Utilizing F5 Load balancing, High Availability (HA) Clustering, and Disaster Recovery (DR) approach to provide scalable designs for technical solutions; and
Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Unified Modeling Language (UML), SQL, Visure, Python, and Tableau.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
