Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's work standards and service procedures, provide customers with professional study abroad consulting services, and help import relevant customer information to the responsible senior consultants;

2. Answer the basic questions of students and parents in a timely and clear manner, and ensure that the answers to all questions are professional and reasonable;

3. Cooperate with domestic and foreign sales staff to connect with some potential customers, collect information, etc.;

4. Become the company's unique source of educational product output;

5. Guide customers to handle matters related to studying abroad, and communicate with customers the relevant information and progress in the process of studying abroad in a timely manner;

6. Detailed and in-depth participation in all aspects of the application process for studying abroad.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the US education system and application process

2. Outstanding English skills, excellent communication skills and logical thinking skills

3. Those with educational background and overseas study and work experience are preferred

4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and high work enthusiasm

岗位职责：

1. 按照公司的工作标准及服务流程为客户提供专业的留学咨询服务，帮助导入相关客户信息给负责的资深顾问老师；

2.及时明确答复学生和家长的基本问题，所有问题的答复保证专业及合理；

3.配合国内外的销售人员对接部分潜在客户，搜集信息等；

4.成为公司独当一面的教育类产品输出源；

5.指导客户办理留学所涉事宜，及时将留学办理过程中的相关信息及进度与客户反馈沟通；

6.细致深入地参与留学申请过程各个环节。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，熟悉美国教育系统及申请流程，如果同时熟悉其他英联邦国家申请，优先考虑

2. 英语能力突出，具备优秀的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力

3. 有教育工作背景和海外学习工作经验者优先

4. 具有较强人际沟通能力，高度的工作热情

职位类型：全职, 兼职, 临时工, 实习生, 合同工, 佣金制, 应届生

薪资： 每年$40,000.00起
