Overview:
- Trinity Co specializes in vertical drilling, pouring drilled shafts foundations and flat slab foundations, and setting power line structures. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Drilling Crew. As a member of our drilling team, you will get to travel in Florida and the southeast working on substation and transmission power lines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong worth ethic and who is willing to learn.
This position is on the road Monday-Friday, and home on the weekends. Per diem is paid each day candidate is on the road. Candidates are preferred to be located within 30 minutes of Orlando, FL, but we will make expections for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor and crew in building substations and tranmission power lines
- Pour and finish concrete
- Operate heavy equipment, such as drill rigs, loaders, skid steers, etc.
- Have a good attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
- Be willing to learn
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience is preferred, but not required
- Previous concrete experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge and experience in operating heavy duty trucks, gooseneck trailers, and heavy equipment
- Comfortable working outside under adverse conditions
- A positive attitude that is willing to learn and be part of a team
- Willing to travel and stay in houses/hotels with other members of the crew
- CDL is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
