Construction Worker

We are currently hiring experienced Construction Workers with industrial or commercial experience for site work throughout the Palm Bay, FL area! QLM strives to provide you with a fantastic opportunity to fit your skill set with opportunities to grow in the trade! Base Salary: $35,000 – $80,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications!!!

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them to the appropriate locations
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
