Construction Worker

We are seeking to hire a 1099 Subcontractor with any years experience in siding, roofing, and exterior finishing. The person(s) hired should also have some knowledge in other construction trades and tasks. We are a construction company that takes pride in our work, and we are seeking an individual who does the same!

We set and finish modular homes for large companies. Paychecks are weekly and are based on piece work/ hourly. This is a 1099 position Majority of our work is in the foothills, but some jobs may require you to travel to Granby, CO.

We are seeking individuals who can work well with a crew and on their own to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. These individuals must have an outstanding work ethic and are willing to work in unique conditions.

Job Description:

· Jobs will mainly be throughout the foothills and Granby, CO

· Setting and finishing modulars, which includes siding, roofing and exterior finishing. The person(s) hired must be physically able

· Some jobs may require you to operate heavy machinery

Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Must be able to speak English

· Must be dependable

· Must be physically able

· Must be tidy and clean

· Must be able to work well with others

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must have Work Authorization

· Must be willing and able to pass a drug test
