Salary```Duties:```
- Assist with all facets of the micro surfacing process (grass removal/ paint removal/ crack sealing/ applying a micro-surfacing to the existing pavement).
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and preparing the pavement for full rehabilitation.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of the project.
```Work on the road:```
-Paid travel with a crew in company provided trucks.
-Stay in your own company provided hotel room.
-Receive $35 per day while traveling and working (per diem).
-Work 7 days a week (weather dependent).
```Requirements:```
-Willingness to travel for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
