Job Summary
· They must be a self-starter who learns quickly, is able to accomplish work on their own at times, and has the ability to adapt and grow within our team oriented company. Physical requirements include, standing, kneeling or crouching in awkward or uncomfortable positions, possibly outdoors or in unheated/un-cooled areas indoors.
Responsibilities and Duties
· - Follow proper safety procedures
· - Track your time per each job
· - Track materials and inventory for each job
· -Job setup and break down each day
· - Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications
· - Work on carpentry, framing, electrical, plumbing, floors, insulation, drywall, painting and finishing, tile work and trim
Qualifications and Skills
· - All phases of carpentry
· - Framing
· - Electrical
· - Plumbing
· - Flooring
· - Carpet
· - Insulation
· - Drywall work
· - Painting and finishing
· - Tile work
· - Trim
· - Reading and interpretation of plans
Required
· - 2 years of construction experience
· - Excellent communication skills
· - Comfortable working occasional nights and weekends
· - Have a reliable form of transportation and valid driver’s license
· A background check will be performed before hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
