Key Responsibilities

• Stake points accurately and efficiently
• Maintains all surveying equipment and troubleshoot instrument/software setups
• Ability to communicate effectively to crew, client, & craft supervisors.
• Perform construction surveys and field stake-out for area roads, bridges, buildings, and other properties.
• Ability to accurately perform advanced field calculations and keep detailed field notes.
• Provide as-built, topographical, and boundary surveys.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles used by surveying crews.
• Perform all additional duties that may be assigned.

Qualification

• Skills in using basic and advanced surveying tools and software are necessary.
• Mathematical abilities are required to prepare analytical field reports.
• Occupation hazards and standard safety precautions necessary in the workplace.
• 2-year minimum experience exercising this position is required, building experience preferred.
• Skills in using basic surveying tools are necessary.
• Proven commitment to Safety and building relationships in a team setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite.
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
• Must be self-motivated and have ability to work well with others.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Pay: $20+hr
