Mirra Co, a family-owned Utility construction firm with headquarters in Georgetown MA, is looking for candidates that are experienced in Natural Gas Utility Construction. An ideal candidate would have 10+ years in a Natural Gas construction role. The Construction Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates the day-today activities of assigned projects and crews.

Qualifications
· 10+ years of direct Gas Construction Experience
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to safely lead, motivate and inspire a team
· Be able to communicate effectively with crews, management, and clients
· Proficiency or ability to become proficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent leadership abilities
· Time Management Skill
· Ability to collaborate with others
· Excellent Communication skills
· OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation
· Oversee project work quality, compliance, and safety
· Serve as subject matter expert to provide unique insight related to project and operations
· Provide technical solutions to improve or enhance project and business performance
· Work Independently to drive the success of the organization
· Schedule plan personnel to create affective crews
· Direct activities to ensure proper and timely completion of projects
· Supervises both internal and contracted personnel to assure the timely and cost effective completion of work
· Supervise workforce through coaching, counseling, and team building
· Direct Involvement in identifying employees for uptraining and advancement
· Review project plans and scope to ensure accuracy and quality in project execution
· Execute projects in accordance with Company, Customer, Federal and State policy and regulatory requirements
· Monitor performance of assigned teams. This includes involvement in discipline, addressing poor standards of work and implementing work improvement plans
· Delegate Work in various capacities
· Set Goals for Foreman and crew members on daily basis pertaining to role improvement, uptraining and productivity
