Construction Site Manager/Supervisor (Custom Homes)

Mallis Workshop seeks an adept Residential Custom Home Construction Site Superintendent to bolster our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will wield significant influence over project success, overseeing all construction aspects, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and supervising subcontractors and laborers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, allocate resources, coordinate staff, and manage subcontractors to achieve project goals within established standards and timelines.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and quality control measures.
• Document daily job site activities and oversee site deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion to client satisfaction.
• Foster clear communication and maintain relationships with Clients, Consultants, Trades, Suppliers, and Municipal Officials.
• Monitor site progress and take corrective actions to maintain project alignment.
• Uphold overall site safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Construction Site supervision experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and management software.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.

• Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
