As the Security Escort Manager, you will be responsible for escorting project personnel into restricted areas and always maintaining close visual contact with the project personnel within restricted areas. When escorting project personnel into and from restricted areas, you will ensure that all doors, gates, and other points of access are maintained and secured during access. You will follow security forces direction and direct those you are escorting to follow those direction. You will be responsible for ensuring those that you are escorting and the balance of escorts under your management are properly prepared to enter into restricted areas and follow all the rules related to those areas.
- Salary Range: $62.000 - $89,000 based on experience.
- Must possess current and valid SECRET security clearance.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years working on NSB Kings Bay
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project personnel within restricted areas and report concerns to supervisors.
- Inspect hand-carried items that are going into the restricted areas.
- Participate in project site Security Escort Training.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Manage security escorts to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage timesheets for all security escorts.
- Perform other duties as directed.

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- May be required to move between facility buildings and must be able to function in all types of weather environments.
- Ability to handle security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
- Work requires professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well in group problem-solving situations.
- Ability to participate in group meetings, take direction from supervisor(s) and other crew members, high degree of attention to detail, follow work rules, and adhere to project schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess current and valid SECRET security clearance.
- Valid state driver’s license and qualified to operate a vehicle.
- Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening.
- Perform all necessary physical duties unaided.
- Must be able to take general direction, both oral and written, and be able to handle responsibility.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years working on NSB Kings Bay
