We are a licensed general engineering union contractor based out of the Monterey Bay area. Our company offers its customers a complete line of services for both residential and commercial projects including but not limited to site demolition, asphalt paving, concrete paving, asphalt seal coat, grading, excavation, drainage, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the engineering/construction industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with construction management and/or administration
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and requirements
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Experience with contract negotiation and management
- Knowledge of engineering design principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary at $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
