The Position: We are seeking to fill a Construction Project Managerposition. We are looking for someone to manage assigned construction, remodel, renovation, and retrofit projects

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture
- Four additional years of directly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required degree
- Three years of construction or project management experience
- Valid Washington state driver's license with an insurable driving record
What you will be doing?
- Coordinate and supervise the management of Construction Projects
- Analyze cost estimates, project budgets, and schedules for construction activities
- Manage and control changes in project scope and cost
- Serve as SHA representative with contractors, architects, and other consultants
- Coordinate construction work with various regulatory agencies
