Responsibilities/Duties:
Create and oversee job files while also managing job status reports in a timely and accurate manner
Work alongside the Preconstruction Manager who completes RFPs and bid summaries
Assemble required documentation and submit to ownership for project approvals upon turnover of projects from the Preconstruction Manager
Provide timely updates on all projects and schedules with management, Property Managers and Building Engineers
Coordinate client meetings at the office as well as job sites
Conduct onsite inspections during construction to ensure work is being completed to spec

Must possess excellent communication skills and exchange information with others accurately
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Exceptional organization in managing time with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines while working independently or with a team
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
High school diploma, required
At least 5 years experience in the construction industry, required
Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, required
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, required
Valid Drivers license, required
Supervisory responsibilities:None
