Job Description
*Entry Level Construction Project Engineer/Project Coordinator
This position provides support to the project management and accounting teams spread across five markets of
Construction Projects ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded and communicated to all stakeholders.
All members of the project management team work collaboratively from execution through completion of each project.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support, preferably in the construction industry
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinates planning and implementation of projects
- Coordinates project schedule
- Data entry for subcontractor/supplier database
- Coordinates and compiles minutes from owner, architect and contractor meetings
- Coordinates and tracks material deliveries
- Maintains request for information (RFI), submittal and change order logs
- Coordinates closing out projects and produces close-out documents for clients
