About You

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain subcontractor partnerships while actively recruiting additional subs.
- Foster a strong team culture where all individuals are working towards the same objectives.
- Lead weekly team construction meetings.
- Review projects sold and calculate material orders.
- Coordinate all warranty claims and/or repairs on previously installed projects.
- Uphold System Pavers standards for installs and customer service.
- Become proficient in System Pavers' CRM system and new features / implementations.
- 100% in office or in the field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
Experience & Skills:
- Experience as a senior project manager or Construction Manager preferred.
- Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Positive "can do" attitude is critical.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license meeting company insurance guidelines.
